Luxury vinyl plank flooring - Milford (April 2026)

A budget-smart refresh in Milford that modernized the main living areas without tearing the house down to the studs.

We floated new luxury vinyl plank over the existing hardwood, then finished the install with clean quarter-round and transitions so rooms read continuous and finished. Kitchen, bath, and basement updates ran with the flooring so the whole main level felt updated together - a practical path to a newer look without a full remodel price tag.
