Exterior trim repair, bay window trim, and stair rebuild - Maineville (April 2026)

A focused exterior package in Maineville that stopped rot at the openings and rebuilt safe access at the back door - trim and structure first, then caulk and paint-matched finish.

We replaced four rotted trim boards directly below the side windows, rebuilt the back exterior staircase including the rails, and reworked the bay window trim with a failed trim piece plus four vertical boards fully replaced. Every new piece was caulked and paint-matched. While on site the crew checked for additional rot and flagged anything else before closing up.

Scope
