Bathroom remodels for Cincinnati homes
Awkward 90s layouts, tired tub/shower combos, and tile that never quite sealed right show up in a lot of local homes. New Leaf Home Repair and Remodeling rebuilds guest baths and master suites across Greater Cincinnati with our own crew. You get a clear scope, straight pricing, and a walk-through before anything comes out.
From a tight guest bathroom remodel to a full master bathroom remodel, we handle layout changes, waterproofing, tile, vanities, and fixture upgrades. The goal is a bathroom that looks finished when we leave and still holds water and use years later.

Why Remodel Your Bathroom?
Your bathroom takes daily wear. A remodel should fix comfort, safety in the wet area, storage that matches how you use the room, and resale where it matters. Swapping one faucet will not cover that.
Homeowners usually call us when they want:
- A safer wet area (walk-in shower, better lighting, curbless options where the structure allows)
- A tub-to-shower conversion with proper waterproofing
- More vanity and linen storage without enlarging the room
- Tile, flooring, and paint that do not look temporary after a year
- One contractor running the job from demo through finish
Full gut or guest-bath refresh, you get a written plan and number before work starts.
What We Remodel
We remodel bathrooms for homeowners in Cincinnati and the nearby suburbs: full bathroom remodels, master bathroom remodels, walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions, tile and waterproofing, vanities and hardware, and guest or hall bath updates. Need more than one room? A lot of clients schedule a bath with kitchen remodeling or basement finishing under the same New Leaf timeline.
Materials & Finishes
You do not need a showroom-only budget. We help pick finishes that fit the house and how hard the room gets used. Mid-range jobs usually mean porcelain or ceramic tile, solid stock or semi-custom vanities, and standard fixtures in common finishes. Higher budgets can mean larger tile, stone if you will maintain it, custom vanities, frameless glass, and better lighting. On the estimate we separate costs that protect the wet area (waterproofing, curb details, membrane, substrate) from pure style choices.
Our Customers Are Always Right!
New Leaf did an amazing job on 3 repairs/projects on the interior and exterior of my home! Noah & Jonah were great to work with! They were both communicative & friendly and kept me in the loop every step of the way! I would use New Leaf again and would highly recommend their services to family and friends!
Karl and Jonah from New Leaf were honestly some of the best repairmen that I have encountered in their industry in a very long time. Not only did they do a beautiful job fixing our door frame but they were especially friendly and approachable when we had questions. I thought that we were going to struggle with “red tape” or “added costs” like many other companies I’ve dealt with in the past but not only did they not have surprise extra costs but they fixed items not even listed in the contract at no extra costs. What a great pair! Thanks so much fellas!
New Leaf helped us turn our 1970’s ranch into a modern custom living space that meets our day-to-day needs and allows us to entertain large groups of people. They also helped us transform our master bath into a space that feels like a spa. Noah and Wyatt are skilled craftsmen with a great crew. Their attention to detail, excellent communication, honesty, and dependability were amazing. Our friends and family have been blown away by the custom details, and we absolutely LOVE our “new” home

How Our Process Works
Every New Leaf bathroom project follows the same four steps:
- Initial Consultation. We come to your home, look at the existing bathroom, and listen to how you want to use the space. We walk the scope with you in person.
- Detailed Scope and Estimate. You get a written scope and a detailed estimate before any work starts. If costs could shift once walls open, we flag those areas up front.
- Build. Our own crew does the work. We manage the project from start to finish and handle permits when the job needs them.
- Punch List and Six-Month Warranty. We do not leave until you have signed off. If a defect from our work shows up within six months, we fix it at no charge.
Timeline: Focused updates usually take about 1–2 weeks. A full bathroom remodel more often runs 3–5 weeks, depending on tile, glass and fixture lead times, and whether the layout changes.

Our Bathroom Remodel Services
We handle the parts that decide whether the room lasts: prep, waterproofing, layout choices, and finishes that take daily use. Small guest bath or full master, same standards.
We rebuild the wet zone for easier entry, better water control, and finishes you can clean. Where structure and budget allow, we set curb height, niches, benches, and glass for the actual opening, not a one-size kit.
Replace a tub you barely use with a sealed shower. Substrate, waterproofing, tile, and drain details are planned before the old tub comes out.
Tile is what you see. Waterproofing is why it still works next winter. We treat wet walls and floors as a system and match prep and membranes to how the room is used, whether you want classic field tile or larger formats.
Match storage to real use: two people sharing a master bath, a kids bath, or a guest-only room. We set vanity height, mirror lighting, and hardware so the vanity fits the room instead of crowding it.
Larger jobs with layout changes, dual sinks, upgraded showers, and finish packages still run with the same New Leaf crew and punch process. Same communication and warranty on a hall bath or a full master suite remodel.
Average Pricing for a Bathroom Remodel
These ranges come from past New Leaf bathroom jobs. Size, layout changes, tile, and plumbing moves all change the number, so treat them as a starting point, not a quote. You get a written scope and estimate before work starts. If something might shift once walls are open, we flag it early.
