Second-story rake board repair - Mason (September 2025)

High exterior trim damage is easy to ignore until water finds its way in. This Mason project replaced a failed second-story rake board and cleaned up the related exterior weak points around it.

From the ground you can see the before damage, the mid-repair framing, and the finished line after replacement - work that is hard to reach and easy to put off. Alongside the rake board we addressed deck/patio repair, siding, windows, paint, and garage items so the envelope was tightened as a system rather than a one-off patch.
