Siding replacement and exterior paint - Centerville (September 2025)

Front-elevation siding replacement and paint on a Centerville home, new lap siding finished in a uniform grey with crisp white trim and black shutters.

Before/in-progress photos show raw wood sheathing and fresh cedar lap going up on the front gable and porch mass, with older grey areas still visible mid-project. After photos show the completed front: even grey horizontal siding across the two-story face and wing, white trim and porch columns, black shutters, and a finished entry. This is an exterior siding-and-paint elevation refresh, not an interior remodel.

Scope

  • Remove failed/selected front elevation siding as required
  • Install new cedar lap siding on the front elevation work areas
  • PVC/trim updates where included in the exterior package
  • Full prep, prime, and paint of the resided/repainted front surfaces
  • Finish details: white trim, black shutters, clean fascia/gutter lines as shown
