Multi-Room Remodel – Mason, OH

New Leaf Home Repair and Remodeling executed a comprehensive remodel of a fireplace, foyer, living room, kitchen, and basement, along with additional painting tasks. In the fireplace remodel, the existing surround and a cabinet were removed, a new 8-foot-tall cabinet with glass shelves, lights, and storage was installed, and the fireplace wall was refitted and finished with tile and a new mantle. Electrical outlets for a TV and lights were adjusted, and the room was painted. The foyer and living room updates included framing and closing off a niche area, installing wainscoting to match existing decor, replacing chandeliers, adding pendant lights, painting new trim and walls, and removing second-story window grids. In the kitchen, cabinet lighting was rerouted, a sink light was relocated, drywall was patched and painted, and new tile was installed above the sink. The basement saw ceiling damage repaired and repainted. Additional painting was done in various rooms, including the living room, foyer, upstairs hallway, kitchen, and family room.
