• Kitchen backsplash removal and installation of new tile.
• Construction of a workout room in the basement with rubber flooring, mirrors, and baseboard installation.
• Installation of LVP flooring in the finished basement, with new baseboards and transition strips.
• Transformation of the basement bar area, including removal of existing elements, new cabinetry, shelving, countertops, and updates to lighting and plumbing.
