- Detailed Scope and Estimate. You get a written scope and a detailed estimate before any work starts. If there are areas where costs could shift once we get into the project, we flag them upfront so there are no surprises later.
- Build. Our own crew does the work. We manage the project from start to finish and handle the permit process.
- Punch List and Six-Month Warranty. We do not leave until you have signed off. If a defect appears within six months, we fix it at no charge.
