Wyatt Durham and Noah Wood have been friends since 2017. Both sharing a passion for home repair and remodeling they decided to partner up and create New Leaf in 2020. Through multiple values such as honesty, integrity, reliability, and timeliness, they built New Leaf from nothing. We pride ourselves in the fact that our craftsmen share the same values that Noah and Wyatt held dear when creating New Leaf. The work our craftsmen put out speaks for itself as many of our customers are moved with emotions when they see the finished product. Whether that emotion is joy, excitement, or something else entirely, that is the reason we are so passionate about delivering quality service for our customers.
Wyatt Durham
Co-founder and co-owner has a far different background than one would expect. Wyatt attended Miami University and received his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. He started his own home repair company and carved out his own niche in wood rot and structural repair. Wyatt realized there was a gap in the construction industry when it came to customer service and efficiency, which could only be bridged with professionalism and communication.

Noah Wood
Co-founder and co-owner comes from a background that matches his last name. Noah started working in the remodeling industry immediately after high school. He quickly caught on, knowing that he wanted to start his own home repair and remodeling business someday. Noah was able to experience the ins and outs of your standard remodeling company on a daily basis and realized the gaps within the service.
