Deck clean and solid stain - Wilmington (October 2025)

A Wilmington deck brought back with a full wash, small repairs, and a dark solid stain on the boards, rails, and stairs.

Before: faded, weathered blue-grey decking and railings. After: a uniform deep navy/dark solid stain across the deck surface, balusters, rails, and stair run. Job notes called for two coats on decking and railing tops, pressure washing, and baluster replacements as needed, the photos are the wash-and-restain result, not a full deck rebuild.

Scope

• Pressure wash and prep the existing deck structure
• Minor deck repairs and baluster replacements as needed
• Two-coat solid stain on decking and tops of railings
• Stain finish on rails, balusters, and stairs to match
