For this deck remodel, we retained the original footprint to maintain the space’s natural flow while enhancing its overall aesthetic. After carefully demolishing the old deck, our team focused on creating a solid foundation. This involved digging and pouring new footers, ensuring they were strategically placed for maximum support and durability. Once the footers were set and allowed to cure properly, we moved on to the exciting phase of building the actual deck.

We opted for high-quality composite decking, specifically Deckorators, known for their durability and resistance to the elements. This choice not only provides a beautiful finish but also minimizes maintenance over the years. The railings were selected from Keylink, which perfectly complements the decking and adds an extra touch of elegance and safety.
