Before close-ups show peeling paint, grey weathered wood, cracking at the brick return, and debris from failed cladding under the bay. After photos show a smooth white raised-panel knee wall under the bay, sealed tight to the brick, matching the white window frame. Scope is the bay exterior repair documented in the frames (invoice also noted related front-of-house rot work and a back gutter look-over).

Scope

  • Remove rotted bay-window knee-wall cladding and failed trim
  • Rebuild the lower bay panel with proper weather-resistant detailing
  • Caulk and seal transitions to brick and window sill
