Basement finish with full bath - Maineville (November 2025)

A standout Maineville lower-level project: finishing an unfinished basement into real living space and building a full bathroom in at the same time - not a bare-bones powder room bolted on later.

Because the basement started unfinished, we framed the new rooms, ran the plumbing hookups, and carried drywall, paint, and flooring through to a finished living area with a proper tiled shower and vanity.
