Attached patio roof - Monroe (October 2025)

A solid attached patio roof built off the back of a Monroe home, covered outdoor living with timber posts, knee braces, and stone-wrapped pillars.

Before photos show an open red deck fully exposed to the sky. After photos show a low-slope solid roof tied into the house, cream underside/soffit, timber posts with knee braces in the foreground, and stone pillars supporting the structure toward the yard. This is a patio cover / roof build, not a paint-only job.

Scope

  • Design and build an attached patio roof off the existing house
  • Ledger attachment at the house (including siding cut-in and weather seal as required)
  • Structural posts, beams, and knee braces
  • Solid roof deck with finished fascia/soffit look as shown
  • Stone pillar wraps at support footings (Georgetown-run style stone in the sold scope)
  • Integration with the existing deck living area under the new cover
