Miamisburg and West Carrollton sit along the Great Miami River with a mix of older bungalows and postwar housing that sees steady demand for exterior repair, wood rot work, and interior remodeling. Centerville and Bellbrook bring a more suburban character — well-established neighborhoods from the 1970s and 1980s where kitchens, bathrooms, and decks are at prime renovation age. Germantown’s historic downtown and Xenia’s older residential streets round out our coverage in this corner of the region.
